The four vinar newspaper tax stamp of the Ljubljana print
Press Tiskarna Blaznikovi nasledniki in Ljubljana printed the 4 vinar newspaper tax stamps three times. In the first print, the sheet consisted of 10 stamps in layout of 10 x 1. In the second print the sheet consisted of 20 stamps in 10 x 2 layout. In the third print there were 3 sheets of 4 vinar stamps, having 100 stamps in 10 x 10 layout each. Estimated circulation:
- 27 May 1919: 165.000 stamps (on thin rough paper),
- September-December 1919: 94.500 stamps (on thin rough paper),
- January-December 1920: 3.547.200 stamps (on porous paper).
