The ten vinar newspaper tax stamp of the Ljubljana print
Press Tiskarna Blaznikovi nasledniki in Ljubljana printed the 10 vinar newspaper tax stamps twice, in both cases on thin rough paper. Estimated circulation:
- 27 May 1919 in circulation of 550.000 stamps,
- September-December 1919 in circulation of 221.700 stamps.
Print plates
Ten vinar stamps were printed in two different print plates together with other denominations. In both cases a 10 vinar sheet consisted of 50 stamps in layout of 10 x 5.
