Stamps of the definitive issue depicting buildings of GDR (ger. Aufbau in der DDR) were first released in July 1973 and were in circulation until the fall of GDR. The stamps were printed in offset and line engraving, on different paper types and gums. On market they appeared in panes of 100 stamps (10 x 10 layout) and rolls.
