3 January 1946. The second definitive issue was printed in letterpress and issued in panes of 30 (5 x 6 layout).
Paper:

  • white,
  • yellowish.

Perforations:

  • line 10¾,
  • imperforate.

On 25 February 1946, the 8 pf. and 12 pf. values were reprinted with a black overprint “Wiederaufbau” and surcharged. On Reconstruction issues, the same varieties appear as in the previous issue.

Paper:

  • brown red,
  • white.
